BARBARA FOERSTER.Barbara began her career with First Title Company in 1980. Beginning her employ as the Company's Bookkeeper, she later moved into the Title Insurance Department. Barbara was promoted in 1985 to Closing Officer and Manager of the Company. TERRY MILLS. Her duties at the title company consist of acting as co-manager of personnel and implementing a more effective closing operation, researching technology, marketing, and closing loan transactions. She is also involved with the marketing committee of the Home Builders Association of San Angelo and the education committee of the Your City Association of Realtors, Inc. BEA REED. Employed since June 1989 as Receptionist and in December 1992 was promoted to Coordinator/Payoffs. SYLVIA SETTLE. Sylvia prepares Title Reports for attorney examination and commitments for purchasers, lenders, and real estate agents. She also examines surveys to determine boundary lines, legal descriptions, and encroachments, if any. Sylvia raised four boys and has seven grandchildren CAROL STEWART. Carol joined First Title Company in August of 1984 as Bookkeeper and Title Policy processor. As the company grew, and got more computerized, she learned to do legal documents. In 1992 a full charge bookkeeper was employed. At present she is a Licensed Escrow Officer and authorized to sign Commitments, Title Policies and Construction Binders, inputs information in the computer for legal documents and checks on releases that need to be obtained on files that have already closed. She also keeps up with the latest Rate Rules and Procedural Rules from the Board of Insurance. KARI. Kari has been with First Title Company since August, 1996. She has been in the title and escrow industry for 22 years, including 15 years in Arizona as a Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer.  The Abstract Department of First Title Company consists of Rose Brannon and Kelly Strange. As abstractors, they research the history of each property for title policies, title searches and abstracts. When away from their desks at the office, they can be found at the County and District Clerks' offices every day retrieving all applicable information necessary for the operation of First Title Company. ROSE BRANNON. Rose began working at First Title Company on August 9, 1978. She began as a receptionist and abstractor, and was moved to full-time abstracting in 10 days. She has researched the history of many properties in Tom Green County, Texas and finds abstracting to be a very interesting and educational job. KELLY STRANGE.
